Sealcoating is the armor on your asphalt. Wisconsin is brutal on pavement, freeze-thaw, road salt, UV and standing water all work to break the surface down from the top. A sealcoat puts a protective layer over that surface: it locks out water, UV and fuel, stops the greying and oxidation, and brings back a deep, fresh black. Done on a regular cycle it protects the investment underneath and adds years to the life of a lot or drive for a fraction of the cost of repaving. It is the flagship of everything we do.
BeforeAfter
Grey, dried out and starting to crack, then cleaned, filled and sealed to a deep, protected black. That is what sealcoating does: it locks water and UV out of the surface so your asphalt lasts years longer for a fraction of the cost of repaving. Drag the slider to see it.
